Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the badbaje platform in any capacity — including visiting the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing a casino game, or contacting customer support — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific rules, policies, or bonus terms published on the badbaje platform from time to time. These documents form the complete agreement between you and badbaje and supersede all prior communications, representations, or arrangements.

By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old at the time of registration. badbaje applies a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling and will take immediate action — including account suspension and forfeiture of any funds — upon any finding or reasonable suspicion that a user is under the age of 18.

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions to use badbaje:

• Age: You must be aged 18 years or older at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• Single account: You must not hold more than one account on badbaje. Multiple accounts are grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

Account Registration

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on badbaje are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposit transactions via bKash and Nagad are processed instantly under normal operating conditions.

Withdrawals are subject to the completion of KYC verification. badbaje processes withdrawal requests promptly, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of requests being handled at any given time. The platform does not accept responsibility for delays caused by payment processors, mobile financial service providers, or banking institutions.

Game Rules & Fair Play

Account Closure & Suspension

Players may request the closure of their badbaje account at any time by contacting the support team at support@badbaje. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the payment method on file, subject to successful identity verification.

badbaje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions or any other policy published on the platform.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks, or collusion with other players.

• Multiple account operation — holding more than one active account in the same name or under the same identity.

In cases where an account is suspended or closed by badbaje due to a breach of these terms, any funds in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where a finding of fraud, underage gambling, or serious policy breach is confirmed, badbaje reserves the right to forfeit the account balance in its entirety.

Any dispute regarding account closure or suspension should be submitted in writing to support@badbaje within 30 days of the closure or suspension decision. badbaje will review the matter and communicate its decision in writing. The platform's decision on account closure and suspension matters is final and binding subject to any applicable legal rights.
